R|5 is partnering with its sister subsidiaries to provide schematic architectural building design and site development coordination with the owner, partnering site contractor, utilities, the Missouri Department of Transportation, and potential tenants. The project consists of 14.7 acres of  redeveloped land with 6 buildings with mixed use occupancy. CD Companies is providing civil engineering and conceptual architectural services, including jurisdictional required presentation boards, construction estimating, and preliminary utility routing design concepts.
