In conjunction with co-developers Keat Properties and Keeley Development Group, we assisted in overall site development coordination of the new, mixed-use development in Olivette on the prominent corner of Interstate 170 and Olive Boulevard. The development includes 100,000 SF of building area and 14 acres of site development.

The premier mixed used development features corporate office space, a grocery store, a mix of retail, dining and entertainment options, and a 135-room, select service hotel. In addition to due diligence and site development coordination services, we managed civil engineering, campus design and marketing graphics.
