This project was a tenant fit-out of an existing space. The owner requested that the lobby have a plush midcentury atmosphere, while the medical suites follow brand standard. The color palette was determined by looking at various vintage photos with the client and selecting wood tones that complimented. Product reps were invaluable for the duration of this project, recommending products that fit the theme and were still usable in a healthcare setting. One of these finishes is a wallcovering from Maharam, which is a part of their collection using authentic patterns from architect & designer Alexander Girard from 1952.
